Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Arizona Cap Company LLC dba AZ CAP Co. (“AZ CAP Co.,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through our website, email, phone, or in person. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Quotes, Mockups & Proof Approval
Quote Mockups (Illustrative Only)
Any mockups included with a quote are for illustrative purposes only. They are intended to show approximate artwork size and placement and are not final production proofs.
Mockups may not reflect exact scale, stitching detail, ink texture, or final color output.
Production Proofs
After quote approval and prior to production, we will provide a final digital proof for approval when required.
Production will not begin until the proof is approved.
Approval of a proof confirms:
-
artwork design
-
spelling and punctuation
-
placement and sizing
-
colors and decoration method
Once a proof is approved, changes may result in additional costs and delays.
2) Artwork & Customer-Provided Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have legal permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, or images you provide.
AZ CAP Co. is not responsible for:
-
spelling or grammatical errors in customer-supplied artwork
-
poor print or stitch quality resulting from low-resolution or improperly prepared files
-
design errors introduced by the customer during the creation or revision process
3) Product Variation & Industry Tolerances
Decorated apparel is produced in batches and may include minor variations, including:
-
slight placement shifts
-
color differences between screens, proofs, and final production
-
manufacturer sizing tolerances
-
dye lot or fabric variations
These variations are considered normal and acceptable within industry standards.
4) Customer-Supplied Items
General Policy
As a general rule, AZ CAP Co. does not decorate customer-supplied items.
This policy exists because customer-supplied goods may:

be unsuitable for the selected decoration method
-
contain manufacturing defects not visible prior to decoration
-
present a higher risk of damage during production
Limited Exceptions
In rare cases, customer-supplied items may be accepted at our discretion, typically based on:
-
long-standing customer relationship
-
high-volume or high-value accounts
-
items that are proprietary or unavailable through our suppliers
Acceptance of customer-supplied items does not imply responsibility for:
-
damage due to garment construction, fabric limitations, or prior wear
-
manufacturer defects
-
decoration outcomes affected by unknown materials or finishes
Customer-supplied items are decorated at the customer’s risk and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
5) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are based on quantity, decoration method, artwork complexity, and product availability.

Payment in full or a deposit may be required before production begins.

Sales tax will be applied when required by law.

Pricing may change due to supplier substitutions, inventory availability, or approved order changes.
6) Production Time & Shipping
Production timelines are estimates and begin only after:
-
quote approval
-
proof approval (if applicable)
-
payment received
-
products are in hand
Shipping times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. AZ CAP Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
7) Cancellations & Changes
-
Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
-
Cancellations prior to production may be subject to design, setup, or restocking fees.
-
Order changes after approval may result in revised pricing and delivery timelines.
8) Returns, Reprints & Defect Claims
Blank (undecorated) items may be returnable per our Return Policy.
Decorated/custom items are final sale, except in cases where:
-
the product is defective, or
-
the decoration does not match the approved proof or order details
Claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and include photos and order information.
Approved remedies may include repair, replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ CAP Co.’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10) Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
11) Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Arizona.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
