If you experience an issue with a manufacturing defect or decoration that does not match the proof, please contact us. After reviewing the order and the nature of the issue, we may, at our discretion, replace the affected product(s), issue a partial refund, or offer another reasonable solution. Our goal is always to resolve valid concerns fairly and professionally.
Our produts are made to order using high-quality materials and decorated with industry-leading equipment and processes. We take pride in delivering consistent, professional results and supporting our customers throughout the ordering process.
Customer Responsibilities & Limitations
While we are committed to customer satisfaction, certain issues fall outside our responsibility. Arizona Cap & Apparel (AZ CAP Co.) cannot be held responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors submitted by the customer
- Low-resolution, poor-quality, or improperly formatted artwork provided by the customer
- Design errors introduced during the customer's design creation process
- Errors in customer-selected options, including product styles, color, or size
- Manufacturer sizing variations; customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and size charts prior to ordering
Please review all designs, specifications, and order details carefully before submitting your order.
To keep production efficient and pricing competitive, Arizona Cap & Apparel (AZ CAP Co.) does not automatically proof customer-created designs prior to processing unless proofing is specifically requested and approved.
Final Notes
- All decorated products are custom-made and not eligible for return unless defective or produced differently than approved.
- Industry-standard tolerances for placement, color variation, and sizing apply.
- Issues must be reported promptly upon receipt of your order.
