Returns & Order Issues Policy
Because most of our products are custom-decorated specifically for each order, return eligibility varies based on the type of item purchased.
Undecorated Items
Return Eligibility
- Blank (undecorated) items may be returned with 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
- Original packaging is required.
How to Return Blank Items
- Request a return authorization by emailing info@arizonacap.com.
- Include your order date, order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for return.
- Ship returns to: RETURNS - AZ CAP Co., 6263 E. Copper Hill Dr., Prescott Valley, AZ 86314.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Decorated, Custom Products (Screen printed, Embroidered, etc.)
Because decorated items are custom-made to your specifications, with a provided proof which was approved, all sales are final once production begins.
Decorated items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless:
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- The decoration does not match the approved proof or order details.
If an issue is identified, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt, and we will review the concern promptly.
If approved, we may:
- Repair the item
- Replace the affected product (s)
- Issue a credit or refund at our discretion
We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to resolving valid issues fairly and professionally.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in placement, color, or sizing are considered normal and fall within standard industry tolerances.
- Approval of digital proofs confirm artwork placement, size, and design intent.
- Worn, washed, or customer-supplied item issues are not eligible for return.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration cannot be returned.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Decorted or custom-made products (unless defective or not as approved)
- Items returned after 30 days (blank items)
- Items with visible wear, washing, or alterations
- Items returned without written authorization.
